"Mr. Gladd calls for a voter-approved bond act to fund clean water projects around the state, and favors shifting the local share of Medicaid costs from counties to the state to relieve property taxes. In addition to ending the LLC loophole, he supports term limits on elected officials, lifetime bans on lobbying for lawmakers, tougher penalties for public corruption, and greater transparency in economic development grants and tax breaks. And he supports the Child Victims Act and the Reproductive Health Act."
