Thank you to the Farm Bureau for hosting tonight’s meet the candidate forum and Q&A session. A vibrant farming community is integral to upstate’s long-term success and I was happy to be able to take the time to answer questions from members of our agricultural community on a range of topics. In the Senate, I plan on being responsive to the needs of farmers and producers and help to pass common-sense legislation, regardless of party politics, that will provide them with the support they need.
